This is an Internatonal Chili Society-sanctioned contest and all ICS contest rules will apply. Register for the Chili Cook Off at chilicookoff.com (search for Dixie Deer Classic on the left). ICS membership is required of all contestants. Additional details and registration fees coming soon!

First Prize - BD & Plaque
Second Prize - $TBD & Plaque

Timeline:
7:00 AM  - Setup
7:00-8:00 AM - Check-In & Setup
8:00-8:30 AM - All Cooks Meeting
9:00 - 12:00 Noon - Cooking time, turn in at noon
1:00- 1:30 PM - Scorekeeping
2:00 PM - Awards
2:30 PM - Break down

 

 

Deer must be scored by 5 PM Saturday to be eligible for awards. The DDC will only score deer that were harvested in compliance with the

B&C and P&Y fair chase position statements.
